Abstract
Using GC procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of the benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour. The evaluation was achieved by analysis of the uncertainty sources arising from the procedure of analysis and by calculation of standard uncertainty according to the equations of statistics. The concentration of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour is 0.068 5 g/kg,and expanded factor K is equal to 2. Overall Expanded Uncertainty is 0.0131 g/kg.
