Study on the Total Flavonoids Content of Seed of Common Jujube

The total flavonoids content of seed of common jujube was determined by UV spectrophtomotry，NaNO₂，Al(NO₃)₃ and NaOH was chosen as the reagent and rutine as a reference standard．The concentration was linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.8~6.4 mg/L，the equation of linear regressin wasY＝0.0953X+0.2081(r₂=0.9995).The everage reeovery was 98.59%，and RSD was 1.04％(n=6)．The results show that this method is accurate，sensitive and reproducible. And it proved to be feasible for evaluating the quality of seed of common jujube．
