Abstract
Chiral recognition of methyl-phedrine using cyclodextrins as a chiral selector was achieved by mass spectrometry. The result indicated that these three cyclodextrins had strong chiral recognition ability based on the protonated complexes of methyl-phedrine with cyclodextrins and the Rchiral were 2.43, 3.51 and 4.52, respectively. Meantime the influencc of Cone voltage on the mass spectra of complexes was also studied.
