Determination of Five Rare Earth Oxides in Catalytic Cracking Catalyst by Fusion Method

An X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method with fusion sample preparation technique has been applied to determine the contents of rare earth oxides in catalytic cracking catalyst.The respective working curves were developed,and the corresponding accuracy and precision of the method were inspected during the experiment.The method was rapid and exact,and was not affected by the physical structure of samples after high temperature fusion.
