Determination of Ethylenediamine in 2-(2-Aminoethylamino)Ethanol by Gas Chromatography

Ethylenediamine in 2-(2- Aminoethylamino) ethanol was determined by capillary gas chromatography with internal standard method. The results showed that calibration curves presented good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~2.0 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/mL.The relative standard deviation （RSD）of the method was 1.7%（n=6）.The recovery achieved 95%~101%.
