Pretreatment of Sample Based on Macroporous Adsorptive Resin and Content Determination of Swainsonine in Oxytropis Kansuensis Bunge by HPLC

Abstract
In order to eliminate the effect of impurity on the content determination of swainsonine in Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge , macroporous adsorptive resin(MAR) has been used as a sample pretreatment technology. The sample purified with MAR was performed by HPLC and the swainsonine content in Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge was determined. The spiked recovery ratio was 92.81% with a RSD of 3.67%. RSDs of intra- and inter- day precisions of the method were 1.40% and 3.98%, respectively. The linear range was 0.022~0.730 mg/mL and the detection limit was 0.010 mg/mL. The result showed that the proposed method can remove impurity effectively and is suitable for the content determination of swainsonine in Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge.
