Test and Calibration of Temperature Control Systemin NMR Spectrometer

The temperature control system is one of the important devices in an NMR spectrometer, its accuracy and stability play important roles in the resolution of the spectrometer. The temperature control system in a home-made NMR spectrometer has been tested and calibrated, showing an accuracy of ±0.2℃, and the characteristic and deficiency on the stability of the temperature control system has been described with suggestion of improvement.
