Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Surface water by Small Volume Liquid–liquid Extraction Combined with Gas Chromatography Coupled with Dual-tower and Dual-column

In this paper a small volume liquid–liquid extraction (SVLLE) method combined with gas chromatography coupled with dual-tower and dual-column for the rapid determination of organochlorine pesticide in surface water is developed. The method is simple and fast. Only 1.5 mL of extraction solvent is used. The enrichment factor can be 270~470. The recovery rate is in the range of 92.7%~102% with RSD in the range of 2.3%~6.5%, and the detection limit in the range of 0.2~0.04μg/L.
