Abstract
The hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used to the determination of tin in canned food, effects of various aids, concentration of aids, concentration of KBH4, and screening agent on the fluorescence intensity are studied. Under these conditions, the linear range of determination was 0~250 ng/mL,the related coefficient was 0.999 5,the recovery rate was 88.7%~102.74%,and the RSD was 2.29%~3.58%.
