Determination of Tin in Canned Food with Hydride-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

The hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used to the determination of tin in canned food,effects of various aids,concentration of aids,concentration of KBH₄, and screening agent on the fluorescence intensity are studied. Under these conditions,the linear range of determination was 0~250 ng/mL,the related coefficient was 0.999 5,the recovery rate was 88.7%~102.74%,and the RSD was 2.29%~3.58%.
